What’s the weather backup?

In case of heavy rain, the photoshoot will be postponed to Sunday 17th of May.

Is there a reservation fee?

Yes. The Family Portrait Session (Short Story Edition) costs €259 and will be paid in two parts. First part together with booking -> €49 reservation fee (will not be refunded in case the client has to cancel the photoshoot or arrives late for the session. In case of the photographer having to cancel, the reservation fee will be returned to the client.). The second part -> €210 after receiving the final photos.

What happens if we arrive late?

I know it is a lot sometimes to arrive places on time with kids but the time slot you have reserved is your time slot. Plan your day so that you arrive well in time before your photo session because arriving late might shorten your session.

What if my child doesn’t want to be on the photos?

That’s completely okay and very normal! Children don’t always feel like standing still and smiling, and honestly, that’s not what my sessions are about.

My style is relaxed and natural. I don’t expect kids to stand in a straight line and look at the camera the whole time. Instead, I focus on capturing the real moments. The giggles, the movement, the cuddles, and even a little bit of the chaos that makes this season of family life so special.

Often the best photos happen when kids are simply being themselves: running around, exploring, laughing with you, or being held close. I’ll gently guide you with simple prompts and games so the session feels fun and natural rather than forced.

How and when will we recieve the photos?

You will recieve a digital photo gallery with at least 25 photos with watermarks to choose from within one week from your photo session. From that gallery, you can choose three photos or additionally purchase extra photos for €35 per photo or purchase the whole gallery for €99.

Can we purchase additional photos?

Yes. €35 per extra images. €99 whole gallery of extra images.

How many people can be included in the photos?

The Family Portrait Session (Short Story Edition) is designed for one immediate family. The 20-minute session is just enough time to capture a small moment of your family life in a relaxed way.

If you’d like photos with grandparents or multiple family combinations, I recommend booking a full family session instead. With young kids especially, the short time slot works best when we keep the group simple and leave room for their mood and curiosity.

What happens if we get sick?

Sometimes some family members can get sick unexpectedly, and it’s always disappointing when that happens.

Because the Short Story Edition is a limited, short 20-minute session with very few time slots available, I unfortunately cannot reschedule sessions or return the €49 reservation fee. This policy ensures fairness for all families and allows us to keep my scheduling efficient and predictable.

Even though the reservation fee is non-refundable, your session remains confirmed for your chosen time slot, and this allows me to maintain the high-quality experience I promise to every family.

I appreciate your understanding and encourage families to plan ahead, but also remember: sometimes, the best photos happen when everyone is healthy and relaxed. So I want your session to be enjoyable and stress-free!
