Why should I book a photographer for the whole day?
I remember I was wordless when I received the full gallery from our photographers when me and my husband got married. There were so many sweet moments that I simply were not able to see with my own eyes during the day. It was so important for me to see how my husband's preparations had went on the other side of the city or that my friends were dancing and having a good time while I was in the bathroom. A professional photographer is a professional storyteller. That means that she/he observes the day carefully and captures the wide spectrum of emotions, situations and details of your big day. Wedding day is usually a day where one invests a lot so it is nice to know that there is someone who also photographs it from the morning till evening.
What is your wedding photography process like?
I'm all about clear processes and excellent communication. Here's my wedding photography process.
Can packages be tailored to our needs?
Absolutely! If you for example want 13 hour package or just a really small one for wedding portraits, just simply contact me and tell me about your needs so that we can together find a perfect solution for you!
Do you have a reservation fee?
Yes. My reservation fee is 30% of the whole wedding package.
Do you photograph outside Finland?
Yes! I'm available all around Europe. Over the years I've been running my business in both Finland and Spain so Spain is especially dear place for me.
What is your photo delivery time?
During the busy season I usually have 3-8 week delivery time for wedding galleries.
Do you charge travel fees?
I don't charge travel fees inside Helsinki area (Pääkaupunkiseutu = Espoo, Helsinki, Kauniainen ja Vantaa). Outside this area I charge 0,5 EUR / km.
Do you also deliver prints?
I would love to in the future but currently I do not. I anyhow have a list of some good printing companies so feel free to ask my recommendations after your wedding gallery is done!

When do you recommend taking the newborn pictures?
I recommend taking them within the first two weeks after giving birth but of course, they can be done at any time. The reason for doing them so soon is that within the first two weeks, babies tend to be a bit more sleepy and possibly don’t mind that much if they’re being moved from one lap to another. It might feel like a lot to go and take the pictures that early but there’s just some special sweetness with such small babies that it is definitely worth it!
How much experience you have with babies and kids?
I am a mom. Also, in high school I thought I want to become a teacher so I collected a lot of experience working in different schools and kindergartens. I love kids and it's fun to do family photoshoots! All the family shoots I've done before being a parent and after, have thought me some valuable lessons on how to deal with kids during the photo session.
Can we choose the pictures?
I will carefully choose and edit the pictures to your gallery. You can trust my creative eye that the absolutely best ones are there.
Do you also provide prints / physical photo albums?
I would love to in the future but currently I do not. I anyhow have a list of some good printing companies so feel free to ask my recommendations after your gallery is done!
